1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the Barnett Avocats website, which is accessible at the following address: www.barnett-avocats.fr (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), operated by the Barnett Avocats a limited liability company registered in Paris under number 844 749 796, whose head office is located at 10, rue des Pyramides - 75001 Paris, represented by Marc-Olivier Deblanc (hereinafter referred to as "Barnett Avocats").
By using the Site, any natural person (hereinafter referred to as « the User») accepts, without reservation, modification or limitation, the Terms and Conditions of the Site.

The website presents the activities of Barnett Avocats.
